Liability Policy for Boat Trip with Dogs
This Liability Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participants joining the boat trip with their dogs. By participating in this event, all participants agree to comply with the following rules and accept the associated risks.

Assumption of Risk
By participating in the boat trip with your dog(s), you acknowledge that boating and water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injuries, or accidents involving both humans and dogs. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that participation is at your own risk. -
Responsibility for Dogs
Owners are solely responsible for the supervision and behavior of their dogs throughout the trip. This includes ensuring their dog(s) wear appropriate safety equipment (e.g., life jackets) and are well-behaved in a group setting. Any damage or injury caused by your dog is your full responsibility. -
Medical Emergencies
Participants are responsible for their own medical care and that of their dogs. In the event of an emergency, participants must bear any costs related to medical treatment, veterinary care, or other necessary actions. -
Release of Liability
By attending the boat trip, participants agree to release the event organizers, boat operators, and any associated parties from any and all liability for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event. This includes claims arising from negligence. -
Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
All participants must comply with local laws and regulations regarding water safety, animal control, and environmental protection. Any violations are the sole responsibility of the participant. -
Dog Health and Safety
All dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and free from any contagious diseases. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog’s health is fit for outdoor and water activities.
